The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 1, line 6, by changing the period to a colon and adding the following proviso: Provided, That nothing in this subsection may be construed to allow the submission of paperwork or other documentation required to be submitted directly to the Hope Scholarship Board to be submitted through the School Choice Portal;

And,

On page 2, section 1, line 26, after the word “Microschools,” by inserting “West Virginia Christian Education Association,”.
